Ra draws inspiration from the harmonious act of coexistence and the aesthetic of equilibrium. A towering, crafted slender pole intersects with a cylinder, nestled peacefully within its space, while the pole delicately rests upon a pedestal, accommodating the pole with a gentle ripple on its surface. The softness of the forms and inherent textures invite contemplation on their co-existence and independence. Despite appearing as distinct entities to the viewer, Ra evokes a sense of unity.
Crafted from solid aluminium, each piece is assembled and carefully patinated in black by hand.
