RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY


At Stem, we go to great lengths to ensure that you receive the product you have ordered in the best desired condition. Each item goes through quality check prior to shipment. Please be sensitive to the fact that most of our products are made to order. We encourage our customers to study product dimensions, material specifications and product care instructions carefully before placing an order to avoid any situation of "change of heart" for the product. This helps us use our resources in the most beneficial way without any exploitation. However, should you still find any manufacturing defect in the product, please read our policy for more details. We are here to help.

 

RETURN & REFUND, & EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If the product delivered has a quality or a manufacturing defect, please get back to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return/ exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. All tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc. must be all returned intact. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts will not be eligible for refund or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse any returns/ exchange that do not match this criteria.
  • Please raise a Return & Refund Request / Exchange Request within 7 days of delivery with a good quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/ defect) along with your order details to info@stemdesign.co. We will check its eligibility of return and will get back to you. Once your return/ exchange request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up and initiate the refund /replacement process after we have received the product. 
  • We refund the amount by the same mode of payment or refund as store credits as preferred. If you don’t receive the refund within 30 days, please contact your bank/credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is visible in your account. Store Credits are the fastest way of refund with 1 year expiry date with no limitations on their usage and can be redeemed after 24-48 hours of issue.
  • Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered, else Stem Interiors LLP will not be liable to accept the product.
  • No refunds would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We do not provide any returns or exchange for International orders. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • In case the customer no longer wants the order, we encourage them to initiate cancellation within 24 hrs of placing the order or and prior to the shipment of the order to help us use our resources wisely. You can raise a cancellation request by emailing us at info@stemdesign.co. We will refund the amount by the same mode of payment or refund as store credits as preferred. However if the request is made at a time when the product is already in transit, the charges for the shipment / packaging will be charged and deducted from the refunds.

 

POLICY FOR COLLECTIBLES

  • All items under Collectibles section are either one-of-a-kind or made to order products. Please note that these are not eligible for return or exchange and are non-refundable. They can only be cancelled within 24 hours of receipt of payment with a 5% cancellation fee.

 

DISCLAIMER

All policies are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any conflict Terms & Conditions Policy would prevail.

All conditions as mentioned above may not be implied by laws and are limited to the durations and conditions as mentioned and we shall not liable for any incidental, special or consequential damages, human injury or loses including but not limited to loss of business, profits or use whether in an action in contract or based out of or in connection with the use or performance of the product. In continuation to the above, the conditions shall not affect the other provisions and also the customer’s statutory rights under applicable Indian laws.
