SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
- It takes us about 7-10 working days to deliver the product at your doorstep for ready to ship items. For items made to order, please refer to the estimated delivery time mentioned at its relevant Product page.
- All orders qualify for free shipping, except for Table Lamp, Art/ objects and collectible items.
- We encourage you to study product dimensions before making a purchase to avoid situations where the product may not fit through doorways.
- Orders will be delivered to the shipping address mentioned at checkout. You are requested to be mindful and fill correct address and phone number details while placing your order. Also, please inform us in advance in the event of any travel plans at your end. It will help us plan a convenient shipping and delivery schedule for you.
- The user must agree to provide authentic and true information, to avoid any kind of delay or loss of merchandise. We reserve the right to confirm and validate the information and other details provided by the user at any point of time. If upon confirmation, such user details are found not true (wholly or partly), Stem Interiors LLP has the right in its sole discretion to reject the registration and debar the user from using the services available at this website, and / or other affiliated websites without prior intimation whatsoever.
- In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name, address or contact number ) any extra cost towards re-delivery shall be claimed by the user placing the order.
- Shipment/delivery time, of the order processing starts from the day of receipt of the payment confirmed against the order placed with us. The shipment /delivery time is an approximate time mentioned by the vendor against each product. Delays in delivery can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times because of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. Stem Interiors LLP shall not be liable for any delay / non-delivery of purchased goods by flood, fire, wars, or any cause that is beyond our control.
- Please note that all products in the Art/ Objects category and Terracotta tables fall under the Collectible section, hence are non-refundable and not eligible for any return or an exchange.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are currently accepting International orders via email. Please email us on info@stemdesign.co for placing your orders or any product related queries. We will send you a link to make the payment and will communicate via email for order updates and shipment tracking number.
Please note that Duties & Taxes are not included in our quote and are applicable over and above the shipping charges. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry, and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. Customers are liable to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the Customs at the time/ before the delivery, subject to rules as applicable in your country. If a customer refuses to pay these charges and therefore delivery is not possible. No refunds will be possible.
PACKAGING
All items are carefully packaged at our studio to avoid any form of damage during handling and transit to your destination. If you find any kind of discrepancies, or if the package is upon delivery looks tampered or damaged, please email us on info@stemdesign.co.
ORDER TRACKING
Head over to ‘My Orders’ to keep an eye on your package. Once your order is shipped, the Airway Bill Number (AWB no.) and our courier partner name are sent to you via text message/email. Please visit the courier partner's website and enter the AWB number we have shared with you in the relevant form to track the current location of your shipment and expected date of delivery.

In case you’re not around when we deliver, our delivery partners will try thrice, then it'll come back to us and your order will stand cancelled. You will be charged for the shipping costs geared during the 3 attempts made. Please ensure you provide the complete & accurate shipping address including zip code and a mobile number. This will help us in delivering your order faster.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept all major debit & credit cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express), UPI and also provide Net Banking options across major banks. All your information remains confidentially secure as our trusted payment gateway is compliant with the highest standards in the payment processing security as per the rules Governed by the applicable jurisdictions under the Indian Laws.
