TERMS & CONDITIONS 

These Terms & Conditions outline the details for membership in the Stem Trade Program. Please note that Stem may update the program or these terms periodically. In such cases, the revised terms will apply immediately upon issuance. By continuing your membership, you accept the updated terms. Stem reserves the right to terminate program membership if any failure to meet program requirements.

Qualifying and Membership

Membership in the Stem Trade Program is exclusive to Interior Designers, Architects, Stylists, Art Curators, and Hospitality & Commercial Specifiers, with all membership decisions made at our sole discretion. 

Each person must apply individually, and membership is non-transferable. Architectural and design firms can have multiple Trade Account Numbers, and each employee can register separately to enjoy seamless access to benefits.

Membership is valid for one year and will be subject to renewal annually.

Purchase Guidelines

Always use your registered email address when making trade purchases. Purchases that do not reference your valid membership will not receive discounted pricing.

To receive your trade discount, please share your Trade Account Number before the invoice is finalised. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to apply the discount once the final invoice has been issued.

Pricing, Payment Terms & Membership Discount 

Members get a discount of 15% on the complete Stem Product Catalog, with no minimum purchase required. Discounts are non-negotiable and exclude taxes, shipping, and other fees. Stem reserves the right to modify eligible products and prices at any time.

Stem provides minimum recommended retail prices for all products that must be strictly adhered to.

Payment is strictly 100% pro forma. The customer must pay the complete amount due under the invoice by debit/credit card, bank transfer, or electronic payment (unless a prior arrangement has been agreed with the Seller).

For bulk orders, a 70% advance payment is required to process the order. The remaining 30% can be paid before dispatch.

Receipt of Goods

At Stem, we’ll do our best to ensure delivery within the estimated lead time, however, we can’t always guarantee it due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, like shipping disruptions or emergencies.

We take great care to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition. If you notice any issues or discrepancies, please let us know within 7 days of delivery. Unfortunately, we can’t accept claims after this period.

Intellectual Property & Confidentiality

The Member agrees not to disclose confidential information to third parties without Stem’s prior written consent. Use of Stem’s intellectual property is prohibited unless agreed upon. All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Stem and cannot be used for the account holder’s business or any other purpose.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction 

As a Member of our Trade Program, Member consents to the Company's Privacy Policy.

By completing and submitting the Application and submitting the required eligibility documentation, the Member confirms they have read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Indian Law.
