LOGISTICS & WAREHOUSE MANAGER

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Logistics & Warehouse Manager to join our team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Shipping and Receiving:

    • Coordinate with domestic and international shipping partners to arrange all pick-ups and ensure on-time delivery.
    • Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including SLI, Packing List, EVD, Non-DG Packing List, Shipping Slips, Bill of Lading, Eway Bill, and customs paperwork.
    • Monitor and coordinate packaging items against all orders received.

  • Documentation & Paperwork:
    • File paperwork for international remittance clearances.
    • Submit completed shipping bills to the bank for export shipments.
    • Update the CRM with the delivery status of all orders and ensure timely updates on dispatch and delivery status.
    • Liaise with internal teams, including procurement and sales, to coordinate logistics activities and address any logistical issues that may arise.
    • Prepare Proforma Invoices and coordinate with the Accounts team to generate Tax Invoices, ensuring all necessary information is included for shipping.

  • Operations:
    • Maintain records for the attendance of all employees and submit reports timely.
    • Coordinate studio tasks and manage as required.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements in logistics operations to enhance efficiency and achieve cost savings.

  • Stock & Supply Chain Management:
    • Create and implement processes to record all inbound and outbound stock.
    • Maintain accurate records of inventory and related documentation.
    • Cross-check inventory manually every week.
    • Handle procurement and issue Purchase Orders to vendors to ensure stock for all items is maintained at all times.
    • Supervise the movement of all goods from inventory to production and issue delivery and incoming challans as required.
    • Oversee the entire movement of goods within the supply chain to ensure seamless operations.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience in logistics and warehouse management.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to identify and implement process improvements effectively.
