Business Development Executive

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal applicant should be well-versed in the field of art and design and have an understanding of what we do. 



  • Architect and Designer Outreach:
    • Identify and target architects and interior designers globally to promote our handcrafted products.
    • Build and nurture relationships with key influencers in the design industry.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create tailored outreach strategies for architects and designers.

  • Reseller Partnership Development:
    • Research and identify potential resellers, distributors, and retailers in different regions.
    • Initiate contact with prospective resellers, presenting our product line and value proposition.
    • Negotiate and finalize agreements with resellers to expand our distribution network.

  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the architecture and design industry.
    • Develop strategies to position our products effectively in collaboration with architects and designers.
    • Stay informed about competitors and market dynamics to adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Sales Presentations and Product Knowledge:
    • Conduct engaging and informative presentations to architects, designers, and potential resellers.
    • Provide in-depth product knowledge, emphasizing the unique features and craftsmanship of our products.
    • Address queries and concerns, building confidence in our brand and products.

  • Networking and Events:
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to establish a strong presence in the design community.
    • Network with key stakeholders, including architects, designers, and potential resellers.
    • Represent the company professionally and promote our brand at industry gatherings.

  • Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with the marketing team to align business development strategies with overall marketing goals.
    • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure product availability and customization options for clients.
    • Provide feedback from the field to enhance product development and marketing initiatives.

  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and report on business development activities, including lead generation, sales conversions, and partnership development.
    • Use data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and make recommendations for improvements.

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the home decor or design industry.
  • Strong understanding of the architecture and design market with a track record of successful outreach.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with different organizations /freelancers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.


  • Available to work 6 days a week in our studio in Noida
  • Working Timings : 09:30 to 18:15
  • Ideally available to join on an immediate basis
