Brand Manager



Candidate should have a strong background in marketing and branding, excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and a passion for home decor and lighting products. Ability to develop and execute strategic plans and experience in managing diverse marketing channels. Additionally, candidate who understands the unique aspects of handcrafted products and can convey the story and craftsmanship behind them would be a valuable asset to our team.



  • Brand Strategy Development:
    • Identify target customer segments and create strategies to reach and engage them effectively.
    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all channels and platforms.

  • Market Research and Analysis:
    • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer preferences, and competitors.
    • Analyse market data to identify opportunities for growth and potential threats to the brand.
    • Stay updated on emerging trends in home decor and lighting industries.

  • Brand Positioning:
    • Define and communicate the unique value proposition of your products in the home decor and lighting market.
    • Ensure that the brand message resonates with the target audience.

  • Product Launch and Promotion:
    • Plan and execute product launches, including developing marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.
    • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure the successful introduction of new products.
    • Coordinate marketing efforts across various channels, including social media, email, and traditional advertising.

  • Brand Identity and Visual Communication:
    • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a consistent brand identity, including logos, packaging, and other visual elements.
    • Work closely with designers to ensure that the visual communication aligns with the brand image.
    • Develop and maintain brand guidelines for internal and external use.

  • Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:
    • Foster and strengthen relationships with existing customers through engagement initiatives.
    • Develop strategies to attract new customers and increase customer retention.
    • Monitor customer feedback and incorporate insights into product and brand improvements.

  • Collaboration with Sales and Distribution:
    • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
    • Collaborate on developing sales materials and presentations.
    • Explore new distribution channels and partnerships to expand the brand's reach.

  • Performance Measurement and Reporting:
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing and branding initiatives.
    • Regularly analyse and report on the performance of campaigns and overall brand health.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.

  • Budget Management:
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget for brand-building activities.
    • Ensure efficient allocation of resources to maximise the impact of marketing campaigns.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, sales, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
    • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment within the team.

  • Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the home decor or design industry.
  • Strong understanding of the architecture and design market with a track record of successful outreach.
  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills.
  • Work cross-functionally with different organizations /freelancers.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.


  • Available to work 6 days a week in our studio in Noida
  • Working Timings : 09:30 to 18:15
