Art Director

The person should understand our market and be ready to research and identify our user.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Art Director will be responsible for conceptualising and producing visual content for the brand — from styled product photography and short video clips in the studio to mood boards and shoot direction for larger campaigns. This role balances creative vision with hands-on execution, ensuring our storytelling is consistently elevated and aligned with our brand identity.
Content Creation (Hands-On)
- Photograph products, details, and in-studio moments for social media, website, catalogues.
- Capture and edit small video clips/reels for Instagram, behind-the-scenes storytelling, product launches.
- Retouch and edit images/videos in-house for various platforms.
Art Direction
- Conceptualise visual storytelling in sync with the Communication Designer’s brand/copy direction.
- Create moodboards and visual briefs for campaigns and product launches.
Style and set up in-studio shoots with props, backdrops, and lighting. - For larger external shoots: coordinate with photographers, stylists, and vendors, ensuring the brand’s creative vision is upheld.
Content Adaptation
- Reformat images and videos into multiple versions (Instagram feed, website, newsletters, catalogues).
- Ensure visuals are optimised for print and digital platforms.
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with the Communication Designer to merge copy + visuals into strong brand narratives.
- Collaborate with the founder and studio team to align on brand direction and storytelling priorities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in design, or a related degree, is required
- Must have 2-4 years of experience
- Strong eye for composition, detail, and styling (luxury / design / lifestyle background preferred).
- Proficiency in photography and videography (DSLR/mirrorless + smartphone content).
- Editing skills: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro (or equivalent).
- Experience in art direction, styling, and content creation for design, fashion, or luxury brands.
- Ability to balance creative storytelling with practical execution.
- Organised and resourceful — able to coordinate shoots, props, and vendors independently.

- Working Timings : 09:30 to 18:15
