Social Media Manager

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team.

You'll play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's digital presence and driving engagement across various platforms. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives that amplify our brand story and connect with our audience.


Brand Consistency and Visual Identity:
  • Ensure consistency across platforms to reinforce our brand's visual language and values.
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designer to ensure all social media collaterals align with our brand's identity.
Strategy Development:
  • Design social media strategies that align with the company’s objectives, focusing on brand awareness, audience growth, engagement, and conversions.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in the home decor and lighting industries to infuse fresh perspectives into our social media strategy.
Content Creation and Brand Storytelling:
  • Plan, create, and schedule compelling content across platforms, including graphics, videos, and written content, maintaining consistency with the brand’s tone and style.
  • Create engaging blogs that provide insights into our design practices and ethos.

Product Launch Strategy and Promotion:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to orchestrate product launches and develop captivating marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate efforts across social media, email, and traditional channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Develop press releases and marketing materials that reinforce our brand narrative and values.

Customer Engagement and Relationship Building:

  • Monitor social media channels for customer comments and feedback, fostering relationships to enhance brand loyalty.

Collaboration with Sales and Marketing:

  • Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and customer service, to integrate social media into all aspects of the business.
  • Develop marketing materials and explore new channels and partnerships to expand our brand's footprint.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Track and analyze the performance of social media initiatives, campaigns, and brand health metrics.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to continuously enhance our digital presence and impact.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and initiatives.
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate effectively across teams.

  • Working Timings : Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:15 (alternate Saturdays are working)
  • Ideally available to join on an immediate basis
