As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Assistant to join our team.


  • Lead Management: Efficiently manage and respond to customer inquiries received through various channels. Engage potential clients, and maintain relationships with timely follow-ups, ensuring clients feel confident in our brand and products.

  • Lead Generation: Actively seek out new B2C and B2B customers, introduce them to our unique product offerings, and explain the distinct craftsmanship and features that set our products apart. Foster connections that support our brand's expansion.

  • CRM Administration: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales leads and feedback within our CRM system to streamline communication and improve client management.

  • Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with the Logistics team to confirm orders and maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates on order status to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Reporting: Deliver daily reports on sales metrics and lead conversion rates to aid in refining sales tactics and achieving targets.

  • Client Communication and Feedback: Address all client queries and concerns with detailed product knowledge and responsiveness. Collect and relay customer feedback to support product development and enhance marketing initiatives.

  • Communication Excellence: The ideal candidate will be results-focused and adept at communicating with a diverse clientele, both in India and internationally. Fluency in English and proficiency in email correspondence are essential.

    • Working Timings : Monday to Friday, 09:30 to 18:15 (alternate Saturdays are working)
